VibeQuantX is a quantitative trading platform providing tools for market research, backtesting, risk management, and trade execution. The Service is designed for educational and research purposes and should not be considered financial advice.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

5. Trading Disclaimer
Important Risk Disclosure
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance, whether in backtests or live trading, does not guarantee future results. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.
VibeQuantX provides tools for research and analysis. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any decisions you make based on information from the Service are your sole responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NeuralQuantum.ai LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any strategies, configurations, or other content you create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your User Content as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Fees and Payment
Certain features of the Service may require payment. Fees are specified in your service agreement. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEURALQUANTUM.AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuralQuantum.ai LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
